The warp knitted base fabric products are widely used in manufacturing of PVC Flex banner, waterproofing membrane, PVC tarpaulin, anti-wicking ground swimming pool materials, chainsaw protective clothing, microwave shielding camouflage tent, reinforced antistatic floor, transparent handbag mesh, reinforced building security mesh and other high performance new technology farbic.
The protection film products are mainly used for aluminum plastic panel, stainless steel sheet, aluminum profile, plastic sheet, electronics manufacturing, home appliance automobile manufacturing, marble, translucent stone and crystal glass.
The products are mainly used in the production of various plastic flooring, such as PVC, LVT, SPC (RVP) and WPC.
Now Huali equip with the most advanced RS series full weft knitting machine, multiple sets of PE protective film production lines and PVC decorative film production lines. The annual output of polyester warp knit fabric is 120 million square meters, printing film is 100 million square meters, 6,000 tons of PE film and PVC decorative film 300 tons. Product applications cover waterproofing coils, advertising printing cloth, PVC grid, luggage materials, aluminum composite panels, aluminum veneers, profile protection, PVC flooring and many other industries.
